摘要:近年来,对企业商业生态系统的研究成为公司治理、,对企业商业生态系统健壮性概念和研究意义进行了归纳,研究了健壮性与系统其它特性之间的关系,并从健壮性产生的机理出发,利用过程分析方法、系统动力学模型、鱼刺图分析法等系统分析方法、工具研究了影响商业生态系统健壮性的主要因素。论文认为,企业商业生态系统的健壮性依赖于企业、生态系统和外部环境等三方面十三种因素。本文的研究成果可以作为开展企业商业生态系统健壮性评估活动的参考。

Abstract: Based on other scholars’ research on ecosystem in recent years, this paper gives the conception of robustness of business ecosystem and sums up the significance of relevant research. Then the relationship of robustness and other feature of business ecosystem is deeply studied. Further more, by applying procedure analysis method, SD model, fish-bone analysis method, the main factors of robustness are obtained. As the reference of robustness evaluation, the conclusion of this paper can be used in further research of robustness of business ecosystem.

1 引言
健壮性又称“鲁棒性”,鲁棒性原是统计学中的一个专门术语, 20世纪70年代初开始在控制理论、生态学等自然科学研究中流行起来。在不同的应用范围中,健壮性有不同的含义。在统计学中,健壮性指实验模型在假设条件与实际条件存在一定量偏差情况下实验结论仍保持正确的能力[1]。在控制理论研究中,健壮性用以表征控制系统对特性或参数摄动的不敏感[2]。在应用工程领域,健壮性表示当系统外部出现不可预期的变动时,或系统内部尚存在不确定设计参数时,系统维持原有性能的能[3]。在计算机软件系统领域,健壮性的定义为系统在苛刻环境或出错情况下正常工作的能[4]。在生态学领域,健壮性系指生态系统
