[摘要] “山水城市”这一说法的内涵既充满了现代化的时代精神,又体现出浓郁的中国文化特色。中国城市把山水作为建构城市的要素,形成山水成一体的美景,究其原因,正是中国传统的“天人合一”哲学理念,并与重视山水构图和城市选址布局的“风水学说”理论有关。风水理论中讲究山水和城市、人和自然的共生、共存、共荣的原则,因而在古典山水城市多有体现。山阳水阴是一对阴阳关系,在生态意义上强调“得水为上,藏风次之”,山水二者“实相乘也”。而城市则是嵌合于良好的山水关系自间,是山和水的产物,三者是协调共生的。在风水学说所论述的风水环境中各种构成要素的关系,其最终目的都是求得人与自然的和谐相处,即人居环境的共生关系。归结到底,山水城市正是生态学理念的一种反映。
