【摘要】目的探讨医学生在校学习成绩的非智力因素影响。方法用自编调查表和症状自评量表由学生填写,采用单因素分析和多元逐步回归分析。结果入学时高考成绩、毕业状况、上网玩游戏、是否有考研动机、家庭安排工作等因素是影响医学生学习成绩的主要因素。结论重视培养学生非智力因素、加强学生学风建设管理和加强就业指导。

Analysis of non-intellectual factors on medical college students’ academic record
【Abstract】Objective This paper mainly studied the effect of non-intellectual factors on medical college students’ academic record at school. Methods Self-designed questionnaire and SCL-90 were filled by students themselves. Using single factors regression and stepwise regression to analyze the collected data. Results The record of college entrance examination, the condition of graduation, playing game on , whether or not having the motive of being a postgraduate and family finding jobs for him and so on are the mainly influence factors on students’ academic record .Conclusion Develop non-intellectual factors of students, strengthen study management of students and guide employment of students

在学业成绩倍受重视的今天,学习成绩已成为困扰学生身心健康的重要问题,引起国内外学者的广泛关注[1]。对学生学业成绩和学习过程中的影响因素进行分析与评价,可获得教学效果的信息[2]。研究认为学生的学习成绩受个人、家庭、学校、社会等多方面综合因素影响[3]。本次调查拟通过对沈阳医学院预防医学专业在校学生学习成绩及影响因素分析,找出影响医学生成绩的非智力因素,为提高学生的学习效果和教学质量提供建议。
对象
以沈阳医学院预防医学专业98级-2002级学生为研究对象,共11个班
