安徽省制造业上市公司资本结构研究
中文摘要
资本结构体现的是公司利益相关者之间相互作用而形成的某种利益配置格局。如何安排企业的资本结构,直接关系到企业治理绩效与运营效率。资本结构问题已成为近年来学界研究的热点问题。
论文以安徽省制造业上市公司为研究对象,在深入考察上市公司2006—2010年间资本结构现状的基础上,实证研究其资本结构的影响因素及与经营绩效的互动关系。研究表明,影响安徽省制造业上市公司资本结构的因素主要有公司规模、盈利能力、经营能力、成长能力、股权集中度;而股权资本约束力不足、股权融资偏好以及资本市场结构失衡导致安徽省制造业上市公司资本结构与经营绩效之间无显著相关性。为此,提出优化安徽省制造业上市公司资本结构对策建议。

Researches on Capital Structure of the Manufacturing panies in Anhui Province
ABSTRACT
pany capital structure has been representative a certain benefits configuration pattern among stakeholders. How to arrange the capital structure directly related to pany management performance and operation efficiency. Thus, pany capital structure has e a hot issue in academic circles.
As the research object of panies manufacturing in anhui province, the article empirical research on the influence factors of those capital structure and interactive relationship between capital structure and management performance through investigating on the present situation of capital structure of those panies in 2006- shows pany size、profitability、management ability、ability to grow and ownership concentration are the main factors that affect panies capital structure.
