摘要:大学与中学的教学存在质与量的突变,大一新生的学习适应性问题尤为突出。论文通过对。。。。。。物理与电子工程系大一新生的高考成绩和第一学期期末考试挂科人数的统计与分析表明:大一新生中超过90%的学生高考成绩在二批A以上,属于中等偏上层次;%;根据学习适应因素的五个方面:学习动机、教学模式、学习能力、学习态度、学习环境对大一新生的学习适应性进行问卷调查,研究发现:大部分大一新生学习思维更加成熟,独立性也显著增强,然而一部分学生存在学习目标不明确,对大学教学模式存在不满意的情绪,学习能力得不到很好地发挥,学习环境也在一定程度上影响了他们的学习。针对造成大一新生学习不适应的因素提出一些有效的建议,使大一新生能更好地适应大学学习生活。

Abstract:This paper analyses the study adjustment of freshmen of Physical and Electronic Project Department in 。。。。。。 University. According to the five aspects of study adjustment factors: studying motivation, teaching model, studying ability, studying attitude and studying environment, which are concluded by researchers before, we can find that, the study motivation of students who we investigated is instable, and they are also more or less unsatisfied with the teaching model. Because of the negative attitude on studying, their ability can not be exerted. Moreover, the study environment can make an effect on their study of some extent. According to the factors that may cause the study maladjustment to the freshmen, the paper puts forward some useful and effective suggestions, in order to make freshmen adjust university life better.
