洛阳市餐饮业发展过程中存在的问题及解决建议
摘  要
洛阳旅游资源得天独厚,历史悠久文化灿烂、山水自然景观秀丽多姿。近年来,随着国内旅游业的蓬勃发展和文化游的兴起,洛阳市加强旅游资源开发和旅游基础设施建设,成功举办了牡丹花会、旅游文化节美食节等一系列大型旅游节庆活动,有力的推动了洛阳市餐饮业的发展。洛阳市餐饮业规模有了很大的发展,餐饮环境有了很大改善,旅游餐饮消费特色突出,以水席为代表的洛阳本土菜系也得到了较好的发展。同时我们也要看到,洛阳餐饮业在取得成绩的同时也暴露了一些问题,如餐饮业品牌塑造力不强,本土特色不突出,服务管理相对落后等问题比较突出。本文旨在通过研究洛阳市餐饮业发展的现状和问题,找出相应的解决对策,为洛阳市餐饮业的发展献言献策。

The problems and the solutions of Luoyang catering and tourism
Abstract
Luoyang tourist resources unique, with a long history and splendid culture, scenery beautiful varied natural landscape. In recent years, with the vigorous development of domestic tourism and the rise of cultural tourism, the city of luoyang tourism infrastructure construction and enhance the tourism resource development, essfully hosted the peony show, tourism and culture festival, food festival and a series of large tourism festival activities, which are powerful to promote the development of luoyang city restaurant industry. Luoyang restaurant has made great development, scale catering environment had the very big improvement, tourism food consumption characteristic prominent, represented by the water table of luoyang indigenous cuisine also got better development. Luoyang, meanwhile we also want to see the achievements of the catering industry has also exposed some problems, such as food and beverage industry brand shaping force is not strong, not prominent local characteristics, service management issues such as relatively backward prominent. The purpose of this paper is to through the research of luoyang restaurant industry development present situation and problems, find the corresponding solution countermeasure, offer advice for the development of luoyang city restaurant industry.
