基于Panasonic伺服与Galil控制器的计算机数控系统设计
摘要
puterized numerical control,C)系统是用计算机控制加工功能,C系统根据计算机存储器中存储的控制程序,执行部分或全部数值控制功能,并配有接口电路和伺服驱动装置,用于控制自动化加工设备的专用计算机系统。通过利用数字、文字和符号组成的数字指令来实现一台或多台机械设备动作控制,它所控制的通常是位置、角度、速度等机械量和开关量。伺服控制技术是数控系统及运动控制的核心技术之一,同时也是装备制造业的重要组成部分。
我团队基于运动控制的基础,研究了数控系统在非标自动化设备的应用,深入分析了交流伺服控制系统的各个组成部分,对伺服控制系统的电气设计和软件设计进行了深入的研究,并且与北京俫卡斯光电技术有限公司合作,以Galil控制器为运动控制模块、Panasonic伺服电机为动作执行模块,实现了新型AOI(Auto Optical Inspection)设备的运动系统设计。本文将以该设计为依托,介绍基于Panasonic伺服与Galil控制器的数控系统设计,其主要内容如下:机械结构、电气控制结构、运动控制模块与软件设计。
本文所介绍的速度匹配算法、多线程的程序设计方法,以及基于套接字数据传输的多软件交互的方法是本系统的核心技术所在。经过长期试验,该系统定位精确,误差范围满足柔性电路板检测要求。

CNC System Design Based on the Panasonic Servo System and Galil Controller
Summary
CNC is short puter Numerical Control,which is according to a control program stored in puter memory, performing some or all numerical control functions, also equipped with the interface circuit and a puter system for servo drive. By using mand of numbers, words or symbols,it can achieve the motion control to one or more mechanical equipments,and the position, angle, speed,the amount of mechanical and switch is the variable quantity usually to be controlled. The servo control technology is one of the core technology of numerical control systems and motion control, also an important part of the equipment manufacturing industry.
The team has C system in the application of non-standard automation equipment based on the basis of motion control,analyzed the ponents of the AC servo control system,conducted in-depth research on the electrical design and software design of the servo control cooperation with the Lecas Beijing Optoelectronics Technology Co.,Ltd,we used Galil controller for motion control module,Panasonic servo motor as action execution module,improved the design for AOI (Auto Optical Inspection) equipment motion
