摘要
梓树皮中含有丰富的阿魏酸、对羟基苯甲酸、谷甾醇、羽扇豆醇以及黄酮类化合物。已有报道这些物质有很高的药理作用及抑菌防腐性。本实验采用滤纸片法研究了梓树皮乙醇提取物对大肠杆菌的抑菌性;并采用正交实验获得乙醇提取梓树皮中抑菌化合物的最佳工艺提取条件。结果表明:乙醇提取梓树皮中的抑菌化合物对大肠杆菌有明显的抑菌效果。四种因素对提取物的抑菌能力均有影响,其中提取时间对其抑菌能力的影响最大,乙醇浓度和料液比次之,微波功率最弱。提取时间在9 min时, mm,乙醇浓度在60 %时,,料液比在1:,。

Study on the ponent in Azusa bark with microwave-assisted ethanol extraction
Abstract
Azusa bark is rich in ferulic acid, hydroxybenzoic acid, sitosterol, lupeol, and flavonoids. Has been reported that these substances have a high pharmacological effects and antibacterial corrosion resistance. In this study, the filter paper method to explore the antimicrobial activity of Azusa bark ethanol extract of E. coli,and use the orthogonal experimental extraction conditions to obtain the optimum process of pounds in the bark of ethanol extract of Azusa. The results showed that a significant inhibitory effect of ethanol extract Azusa bark pounds against Escherichia coli. Both four factors affect the antimicrobial activity of the extract, the extraction time of its antimicrobial activity, ethanol concentration and solid to liquid then followed, the microwave power is the weakest. Extraction time in 9min, the diameter to inhibition zone is of the ethanol concentration at 60% , the diameter to inhibition zone is of solid-liquid ratio in 1:15 when the inhibition zone diameter , the inhibition zone with when under 400w microwave power.

1绪论
梓树皮叶的性质
梓树皮叶为为紫葳科梓属乔木植物梓树(Catalpa ovata G. Don)的皮。又名梓白皮,梓皮、梓木白皮、梓根白皮、土杜促。在我国分布比较广泛,主要分布在黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、河北、山东、山西、陕西、河南、江苏、浙江、江西、湖南、四川、贵州、云南等地。梓树皮为传统的中草药,味苦、性寒,具有清热利湿、降逆止吐、杀虫止痒的功能。主治湿热黄疸、胃逆呕吐疮疥、皮疹瘙痒等[1]。目前从梓树皮中分离出的有效成分主要有羽扇豆醇,三十烷酸(2-对-羟苯基乙基)酯,9-甲氧基-α-拉杷醌,阿魏酸,6-阿魏酰梓醇,6-阿魏酰基蔗糖,梓果甙,6-阿魏酰基蔗糖,α-拉杷醌,9-羟基-α-拉杷酯,对邻香豆酸。根皮含异阿魏酸,对-羟基苯甲酸和谷甾醇。
