摘要:我国的农业经济体系日新月异的发展,对农林经济管理专业的人才培养不断提出新的要求,加强该专业课程实验教学改革势在必行。本文分析了高校农林经济管理专业课程实验教学在教学理念、实验内容、实验方式和师资设备方面普遍存在问题,并提出改革建议。

高校农林经济管理专业是涵盖管理、经济两大学科的宽口径专业,致力于培养具备系统的管理科学和经济科学知识,掌握农业经济管理的基本方法和技能,能在各类涉农企业、相关政府工作部门和教育科研单位从事经营管理、市场营销、金融财会、政策研究等方面工作的高级专门人才,这类人才应具备管理、财会、金融投资等多方面的综合素质,而这种综合素质的培养离不开科学高效的实验教学体系。高等教育课程实验教学是以课内实验为主体,社会实践为补充的教学体系。当前,我国高校农林经济管理学科不同程度的存在着人才培养与社会需求脱节的问题,为了适应21 世纪农村经济发展对农业经济管理人才的迫切需要,根据专业市场需求、专业培养目标和人才培养要求,提高该专业学生的就业能力和服务社会能力,加强专业课程实验教学改革已是势在必行。
