产业集群环境下中小企业基于
B2B平台的联合 JIT采购

摘要: 通过利用中小企业产业集群化所带来的邻近优势, 构建了一种适合中小企业实施的联合 JIT 采购模式, 分析了
其框架结构与参与主体, 提出了中小企业产业集群联合 JIT 采购的运作流程, 并以浙江嘉兴茧丝绸中小企业实施 JIT
采购的案例进行了介绍说明, 最后就联合 JIT 采购可能存在的障碍、风险及应对策略进行了分析。

Abstract: By taking the advantage o f clustering near located sm al-l and-m idd le enterprises ( SM E), a joint
JIT procurem entm ode for SME s in an industrial cluster is proposed. The arch itecture for the im p lem en t of
th is mode is g iven, and the participant parts and operation processes are analyzed. A case study from the
SMEs o f silk industry at Jiax ing, Zhe jiang prov ince is used to show the application of the proposed method. A lso,
