国家大学科技园创新型创业人才培养研究

[文章要摘]国家大学科技园作为中国特有的新兴科技主体,其主要职能之一就在于创新创业型人才。从我国目前对于创新创业型人才的需要出发,分析了创新创业型人才的基本特征,指出应结合国家大学科技园的功能特点,积极培养和完善有利于创业创新型人才成长的各种环境,更好地为创新创业型人才提供宽松的发展条件,使创新创业型人才能够更好地为国家建设发挥作用。

Abstract : The National University Science Park took a main science and technology body with Chinese unique emerging characteristic , one of its mainfunctions is : The National University Science Park to shoulder a function on innovative imbark training.
