摘要:本文通过单因素实验与正交实验研究了用β-环糊精包合皮革防霉剂2-(硫氰基甲基硫代)苯并噻唑(TCMTB)的工艺。当β-,通过改变TCMTB的加入量、包合时间、包合温度,得到作为皮革缓释长效防霉剂的最佳包合条件: 、包合时间为2小时、包合温度为55℃,此条件下可获得较高的包合率产物,并对产物进行了表征。应用实验表明,防霉剂包合物的防霉性能优良,且防霉时间比原药明显延长。

Study on the antifungal agent of leather about β-cyclodextrin inclusion technology for TCMTB

Abstract: This paper takes a research on β-cyclodextrin inclusion technology for 2-(benzothiazolylthio)methyl ester through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. When the adding amount of β-cyclodextrin is , by changing the adding amount of TCMTB, inclusion time and inclusion temperature, we got the optimal conditions about the slow-release antifungal agent of leather as follows: the adding amount of TCMTB was , inclusion time was 2 h and inclusion temperature was 55℃. It has high inclusive ratio under these conditions. Application experiments indicate that the plex has an excellent performance in mildewproof and the time of mildewproof by plex was obviously longer than original carboplatin.
