【摘要】目的评价和分析临床医学专业学生学习观、学习动机、学习效能及其影响因素。方法采用学习观量表、学习动机量表、一般效能量表和学习效能量表对78名临床医学专业学生进行调查。结果临床医学学生在学习能力、学习过程、知识确定性、知识简单性、学业自我体验维度上平均得分均>3,内部动机、外部动机、一般效能平均得分均>2,性别之间无差异(P>),采用逐步回归分析可见,学业体验可以影响内部动机、一般效能、学习效能。结论临床医学专业学生应尽早开展医学职业规划教育,让学生体验专业课程学习的兴趣,激发内部动机,提高学习效能。

【Abstract】Objective to evaluate and analyze the study view, study motivation, study effect of clinical medicine students. Methods The Working Motivation Inventory, General Self- Efficacy Scale, Study Self- Efficacy Scale were used to measure the study view, study motivation, study effect.
