摘要:目的:通过对肝硬化腹水临床路径护理模式实施情况分析,评价临床路径护理模式应用于临床的效果。方法:选择我院110例肝硬化腹水患者,随机分为治疗组55例与对照组55例,治疗组采取临床路径护理模式管理,对照组采取传统护理管理,观察两组患者在住院时间、医疗费用、健康知识掌握情况及患者满意度的差异。结果:±,±,±,±,±,±,±,±,两组差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:采用临床路径护理模式管理肝硬化腹水患者能显著缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用,提高患者的满意度及健康知识掌握度。
