摘要: 目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病患者饮食疗法的影响。方法结合临床资料,将80例II型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组40例和对照组40例,干预组接受饮食治疗的护理干预,对照组只接受常规健康教育,两组均配合同等强度的运动疗法,连续观察3个月。通过监测空腹和餐后2h血糖值,进行干预前后比较。结果经护理干预,干预组空腹和餐后2h血糖值与对照组比较均明显降低,有显著性差异(p<)。结论接受饮食治疗的护理干预能显著降低糖尿病患者血糖,提高患者的生存质量。

Abstract【Objective】To study the effect of intervention in the care of patients with diabetes diet on the course of treatment. 【bined with clinical data,80 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomized into intervention group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Dietary intervention group received the care and treatment interventions,whereas the control group receivied conventional health education. Both groups receivied with the same intensity of exercise therapy,and continuous observed for 3 months. By monitoring fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose levels,before and after the intervention,we made parative analysis. 【Results】After Nursing intervention,fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose levels of the intervention group were significantly decreased(p <) compared with the control group. 【Conclusions】Nursing intervention can significantly lower blood glucose of patients with diabetes and improve the quality of life of patients.
