摘要:目的通过对肺结核患者营养状况的调查,为其治疗过程中提供合理的营养支持奠定理论基础。方法选择2009年1月~6月期间,我院收治住院的肺结核患者210例作为实验组,另选同期在我院进行正常体检的健康人群98例作为对照组。实验组患者在住院3~5d内进行相关营养指标检测,主要包括身体质量指数(BMI),外周血淋巴细胞计数(TLC)、血红蛋白(HB)、血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清前白蛋白(PA)。对照组人群也进行上述相应指标检测。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者和复治患者的BMI指数、TLC、HB、TP、ALB以及PA的含量均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<);初治患者仅BMI指数、TP、ALB以及PA的含量均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<);与初治患者相比,复治患者BMI指数、ALB以及PA含量均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<)。结论在治疗过程中,对复治肺结核患者采取更具有针对性的营养支持治疗措施,必将对患者的治疗起到积极的促进作用。

Survey and analysis of nutritional status of 210 cases with TB
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the nutritional status of patients with TB, and to provide a reasonable theoretical basis for nutritional support during the course of treatment. Methods: Selected January 2009 to June 2009 TB patients in our hospital as the experimental group of 210 cases, and selected 98 cases of healthy people made normal physical examination in our hospital as control group. Experimental group patients in the hospital within 3 ~ 5d detection related to nutritional indices, including height, weight, TLC, HB, TP, ALB, PA, and BMI index. And the 98 cases corresponding indicators for control group people were also detected.
