高直链玉米淀粉-壳聚糖复合膜透气透水性能研究

摘要:本文以高直链玉米淀粉(HACS)和壳聚糖(CS)为基本材料,甘油为增塑剂,甲基纤维素(MC)为增强剂制备可食性复合膜,研
究了高直链玉米淀粉与壳聚糖的配比、甘油的添加量以及甲基纤维素的添加量对复合膜的透气透水性能的影响。结果表明,HACS:CS
为 2:1时,膜的 CO2透过量和 O2透过量最低,水蒸气透过量(WVT)也处于较低水平。随着 HACS:CS的降低,膜的 CO2透过量和 O2透
过量增加到最大值再降低,而 WVT值呈增大趋势。甘油量的增加使复合膜的 CO2透过量和 O2透过量先增加后降低,而 WVT变化趋
势与透气量一致。MC的添加量为 2%时,HACS/CS复合膜的透气量最低,而在 MC添加量 4%~6%时,膜的 WVT最低。

High-Amylose Corn Starch/Chitosan Edible Film

Abstract: In this experiment, edible films from high-amylose corn starch (HACS) and chitosan (CS) were developed by casting film-solution
on leveled trays. The effects of ratio of starch to chitosan, glycerol dosage and methylcellulose (MC) dosage on CO2 and O2 transmission,water
vapor transmission (WVT) of edible films were investigated. The result showed that the posite films had the lowest CO2 and O2
