摘要
随着塑料工业的发展,塑料注射模已经成为制造塑料制造品的主要手段之一,且发展成为最有前景的模具之一。在现代工业和日用产品中,越来越多的塑料制品代替了以往的多类产品,而模具作为塑件的成型技术也得到了迅速发展。
本次设计是在Pro/ENGINEER平台上对被动齿轮注射模具进行的设计。在设计过程中,首先了解塑料制品所用塑料的品种、塑料的特性、收缩率及塑料流动性能等。对塑料制品进行工艺分析,着重分析塑料制品的结构和理性及成型条件等。根据塑料制品的重量和塑料制品投影面积及模具结构类型等,选择合适的注射成型机。最后进行模具结构设计,并利用功能强大的CAD软件Pro/ENGINEER进行三维造型及工过程的动画设计。
通过这次设计,不仅掌握了注射模具的基本设计过程和设计要领,并了解了塑料的基本成型工艺,以及软件Pro/ENGINEER的实体建模、装配建模、制图基础、工过程动画设计等各个环节的基本操作规则及运用方法,从而可以利用软件Pro/ENGINEER或其它三维设计软件完成模具的整体设计。

Along with plastic industry development, The plastic injection mold already became one of manufacture plastic product main methods, Also develops into most has prospect mold In first generation of industry and in an everyday use product, the more and more many plastics product has replaced the former many kind of products, but the mold achievement modelled to take shape the technology also to obtain the rapid development.
This graduation project is in Pro in the ENGINEER platform the injection mold design which carries on to the length register lid. In the design process, through understood and grasps the related knowledge which plastic ABS and the length register plastic mold designs, pletes the injection plastic mold to take shape partially, pours the system, the drawing of anization, the mold body and so on the partial designs, and carries on the three dimensional modelling and the labor process animation design using function formidable CAD software Pro/ ENGINEER.
Through this design, not only grasped has injected the mold the basic design process and the design main point, and had understood the plastic basically took shape the craft, as well as software Pro ENGINEER entity modelling, assembly modelling, charting foundation, labor process animation design and so on each link elementary operation eo rule and utilization method, thus pletes the mold using software Pro ENGINEER or other three dimensional design softwares the ov
