农村“啃老”现象的原因及对策分析

摘要:近年来,伴随着社会的快速转型和急剧变迁,中国的“啃老族”队伍在不断壮大,带来了巨大的社会隐患,已经成为全国性的社会问题,不容忽视。目前,“啃老族”不仅在城市存在,在广大农村也很突出。他们共同的弱点是技能低下、不求上进、害怕竞争、责任心差。父母的溺爱是“啃老族”生存的土壤,缺乏积极就业精神是最重要的原因。“啃老族”的出现,有其复杂的成因,国人对子女根深蒂固的“养身之道”,学校教育的功利化和工具化,以及社会转型期的一些变革等等因素,造成了这些“成年孩子”拒绝长大。这对青年自身、家庭以及社会都带来诸多的负面影响。要解决“啃老族”这一新的社会问题,需要家庭、学校、政府、社会多方面的努力,才可能奏效并且防患于未然。

Abstract: In recent years, panied by the rapid transformation of society and the rapid changes in China's “NEET ”team has grown a great social problems, has e a national social problem, can not be ignored. At present, the “NEET family” not only exist in the city, in the vast rural areas are highlighted. mon weakness is the low skills and does not seek to improve themselves, afraid petition, poor sense of responsibility. Doting parents as “NEET”, the survival of the soil, the lack of the spirit of active employment is the most important factor. “NEET” There are the causes of plexity, the deep-rooted Chinese children “healing of the Road” the utilitarian school education and tools, as well as a number of social changes in transition and so on caused the “ adult children ”refuse to grow up. This is their own youth, families, and society have brought many negative effects. To solve the “NEET” the new social problems, the need for families, schools, government, the efforts of many sectors of munity, and to take preventive measures can be effective.
