【摘要】目的:探讨研究生教育和住院医师规范化培训的接轨。方法:收集上海交大、复旦、二军大具有代表性附属医院的硕士、博士研究生的培养计划,对研究生培养阶段的临床轮转要求和轮转时间的信息,进行详细汇总,与目前各所培训医院住院医师规范化培训时间比对。结果:三家医院在研究生培养中临床轮转要求既有共性又有差异,对于临床型学位的研究生均强调临床工作必须达到一定的时间,但各家医院根据研究生类型和学历的不同,其轮转的时间要求有一些区别。结论:要求每家单位和个人认真执行临床轮转的培养计划,做好研究生教育和住院医师规范化培训的接轨。
AIM: To investigate the connection between Postgraduate education and Standardized residency training. METHODS: Collection of the information regarding the training plan, requirements of clinical rotation phase of training and rotation duration of Masters and PhD students in representative affiliated hospitals of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University and Second Military Medical University; conduction a detailed summary parison with the period of current Standardized residency training in respective teaching Hospitals. RESULTS:Similarities and dissimilarities were both found in the requirements of postgraduate clinical rotations in the three hospitals. For a clinical-based post-graduate candidate, each hospital emphasized that he/she must have had certain period of clinical practice. However, for different types of graduate programs, differences were found in the requirements of the time duration of clinical rotation. CONCLUSION:Each Hospital and Individual need to conscientiously implement the clinical rotation training program and essfully connect the
