摘要:采用液相色谱-串联质谱技术(UPLC/MS/MS)快速分析粮谷中的矮壮素和敌草快残留量。样品经甲醇-水-乙酸溶液提取,HLB固相萃取小柱净化,用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定,外标法定量。结果表明,矮壮素和敌草快在5~50μg/L范围内线性关系良好;%~%之间,%~%之间;两者相对标准偏差均小于15%;/kg,定量下限分别为10μg/kg和20μg/kg。该方法完全满足粮谷中矮壮素和敌草快残留量的快速分析。

Determination of the Residues of Chlormequat and Diquat in Grains Using Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: A method was developed for determination of the residues of chlormequat and diquat in grains using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC/MS/MS). The samples were extracted with methanol-water-acetic acid solution, passed through HLB cartridge to clear-up and determined by UPLC/MS/MS using external standard method.
