财务杠杆对云南上市公司成长性影响的实证研究

摘
要:财务杠杆的运用,不仅能提高公司的经营效率,而且有利于完善公司的治理结构,同时对
资本市场投融资环境的改善也有深远的影响。公司金融的文献表明,公司成长性与财务杠杆存在一定的
关系。我们通过对云南上市公司成长性与财务杠杆的实证研究,分析了云南上市公司资本配置的合理性,
为这些公司的持续成长提出相应的政策建议。

Empirical Researches on Financial Leverage Impact on the
Growth of panies in Yunnan

Abstract: The utilizing of financial leverage can not only enhance the efficiency pany operation,but
also improve corporate governance,even favor the perfect of financial system in capital market. Using financial
data of panies in Yunnan province we examine the relationship of the firm growth and financial lever-
age. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the rationality of capital allocate and put forward policy implications
for the growth of panies.

一、引言
随着市场竞争的日益激烈,对处于市场竞争
中的公司尤其是上市公司来说,想要立足、生存
并取得长远发展,就必须具备一定的可持续成长
能力。因此,成长性作为上市公司核心价值之所
在,这已经成为所有者、管理者和投资者等相关
利益团体所共同关心的问题。公司的成长需要有
源源不断的资金的支持,但企业的融资结构并不
是静态的,它会随着制度环境的变化而变化。在
我国,负债经营也已经成为了现
