【摘要】我国家族企业产生、成长和成熟三个阶段的过程,实际上是企业规模和社会网络由小到大、所有权和控制权由聚到
分、社会资本运用由简到繁的拓展过程。研究探索家族企业社会资本的运行模式和应用途径,不仅可以补充家族企业发
展理论,还能为家族企业的高效管理、以及如何向现代企业制度演进等方面提供具有实用性的参考价值。

Structure Changes of China’s Family Enterprise Management
from the Perspective of Social Capital

Abstract: The three-stage process of family enterprises’emergence,growth and maturity is actually the
enlargement of enterprise size and work,the decentralization of ownership and control over the
company and the expanded utilization of social capital. Researches and explorations on the modes and ap-
plicable use of family enterprises’social capital can not only enrich the family enterprise development the-
ory,but also provide practical reference to the high-efficiency management of family enterprises as well as
the evolvement to the modern enterprise system

一、对家族企业现状的认识
