战略成本管理在我国企业中的应用研究

摘要:如何提高企业的竞争能力和竞争优势是知识经济时代的热门话题。外部竞争的加剧,使传统的成本管理遭遇困境。而战略成本管理弥补了我国现行成本管理的不足,它最大特征是在进行成本管理的同时关注企业在市场中的竞争地位,并借助成本管理,使企业更有效地适应其持续变化的外部环境。本文从战略成本管理的内涵、模式、作用以及战略成本管理与传统成本管理的区别四个方面进行了逐一论述。客观阐述了我国战略成本管理在企业应用中的现状和发展趋势,针对我国企业进行战略成本管理时存在问题总结分析具体原因,并根据问题和原因提出了切实可行的解决对策。

Strategic Cost Management in Our Country Enterprise Application

Abstract:How to enhance petitive ability petitive advantage of the enterprise is a hot topic of the knowledge economy age. As petition intensifies, the traditional cost management suffered. The article of strategic cost management makes up for the deficiency of current cost management in our country. The biggest characteristic in cost management at the same time is that it pays attention to the petition in the market with the aid of cost management, the business enterprise adapt more effectively to the continuous change of the external environment.
