摘要:本文以广义虚拟经济视角下人才集聚的定义及内涵为基础,建立广义虚拟经济视角
下人才聚集效应的评价指标体系,进而基于模糊重心的综合评价方法,对人才聚集的多种效应进
行评价,最后,得出广义虚拟经济视角下人才聚集效应的重要性排序。
