文档介绍:摘要
列车安全以及稳定地运行是铁路运输的基本要求。高速列车的发展使得列车
运行速度不断提升,这对于车辆运行的稳定性提出了更高的要求。车辆悬挂系统
能够抑制蛇形运动,确保车辆运行的稳定性,它的设计非常重要。
论文以 CRH2 动车组拖车为研究对象,建立了车辆动力学模型,并对该模型
做了参数化处理,完成了临界速度、脱轨系数以及轮重减载率这三个车辆运行稳
定性指标的计算。在此基础上,结合多目标优化软件 Isight,通过最优拉丁超立
方算法完成实验设计,进而建立车辆横向动力学 Kriging 近似模型,基于该近似
模型运用归一法结合第二代非劣排序遗传算法完成了对上述车辆运行稳定性指
标的多目标优化。论文还运用蒙特卡洛模拟对这三个目标的稳健性作了分析,并
运用 6 Sigma 稳健优化方法对悬挂参数做了稳健设计。结果表明,经过优化的悬
挂参数设置有利于提高车辆运行稳定性。

Abstract
It is basically required that train operates safely and stably. The development of
high-speed trains makes the train speed upgrade, puts forward higher requirement for
the running stability of vehicles. The vehicle suspension system can inhibit the
serpentine movement, which can ensure the operation stability of vehicles. Its design
is very important.
Based on the CRH2 EMU trailer as the research object, the vehicle dynamics
model is established, and the model has been parameterized. Besides, the calculation
of three vehicle operation stability index: critical speed, the derailment coefficient and
reduction rate of wheel load, was done. Later, this model bined with the
multi-objective optimization software Isight, so as plete the design of
experiments through optimal Latin hypercube algorithm. The Kriging approximation
model for vehicle lateral dynamics was established, with which the multi-objective
optimization of the vehicle running stability index pleted using Scalar and
Non-Dominated Sorting ic Algorithm. Monte Carlo simulation was used to
analyze the robustness of three goals, and 6 Sigma robust optimization method was
utilized plete the robust design of the suspension parameters. The results show
that, reasonable suspension parameter setting is beneficial to improving the running
stability of the vehicle.
