基于中间产出、最终产出效率视角的
企业研发效率研究
——以广东省民营科技企业为例

摘
要: 通过对研发活动过程的分析, 提出将 R&D 效率分解为中间产出效率和最终产出效率的新思
路。我们发现一个跟以往有所不同的结果:民营科技企业的科研成果产出能力(中间产出效率)并不差,
事实上,科研成果的市场转化能力(最终产出效率)才是制约民营科技企业 R&D 效率提升的“瓶颈”。此
外,本文还对研发活动中间产出、最终产出效率的地区差异,以及同一环境变量对两个效率影响的差异
进行了研究。

on the Perspective of Intermediate Output Efficiency and Ultimate Output

Abstract: Analyzing the process of R&D activities, we propose that R&D efficiency should be separated into two parts: intermediate
output efficiency and ultimate output efficiency. According to this idea, we study on R&D efficiency of private technological
enterprises in Guangdong province. The results enlighten us that the bottleneck of private technological enterprises ’ R&D efficiency is
ultimate output efficiency, but the situation has a big difference among different areas. Otherwise, we find that an environmental
variable can have different effect on intermediate output efficiency and ultimate output efficiency. This paper gives several suggestions
based above conclusions.
