热应激对大鼠肝脏节律性基因 Per2 mRNA 表达水平的影响

摘要:目的探讨急性热应激对大鼠节律基因 Per2 mRNA 昼夜表达水平的影响。方法选用雄性 Wistar 大鼠,随机分为对照组和
测定大鼠脑垂体与肾上腺的相对质量及肝脏 Per2 mRNA 昼夜的表达水平。结果急性热应激对大鼠体温和体质量无影响,但
可增加大鼠脑垂体和肾上腺的相对质量,并可显著抑制节律基因 Per2 mRNA 在夜间的表达水平。结论急性热应激可干扰
Per2 mRAN 的昼夜节律性表达。

Effects of heat stress on Per2 mRNA expression in the liver of rats

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of acute heat stress on the day-night circadian gene Per2 mRNA expression in the
liver of rats. Method Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups and exposed to heat at 32 ℃ or to a room
weight of the pituitary and adrenal glands was determined after the exposure, and liver Per2 mRNA expression level was
detected using RT-PCR. Results Acute heat stress did not obviously affect body temperature or body weight of the rats. Seven
days of heat exposure increased the relative weight of the pituitary and adrenal glands and significantly lowered Per2 mRNA
expression level at night. Conclusion Acute heat stress can interfere with the day-night circadian gene Per2 mRNA e
