摘
要:试验对不同光照处理下蛋用型北京油鸡产蛋高峰期的产蛋性能、蛋重和蛋形指数、蛋壳
质量、鸡蛋内部品质等进行了研究。结果表明产蛋高峰期对照组和处理 2 产蛋率差异极显著(P<),
处理 2 产蛋率高于对照组 %,并节省 25%电能;对照组的蛋重和蛋壳质量均优于其他光照组,各
组鸡蛋内部品质没有显著差异。分段光照可以提高蛋用型北京油鸡的产蛋性能,但是其鸡蛋品质略低
于常规 16h 连续光照制度的蛋品质。

Effect of Photoperiod Programmes on Chinese Local Chicken’s Egg Qualities

Abstract: This experiment was conducted pare Chinese local chicken’s laying performance,egg
weight and egg shape index,eggshell quality and eggs’ internal qualities among four different photoperiod
programmes at the peak of laying. The results showed that at the peak of laying,the difference of laying-rate
between control group and treatment 2 was extremely significant(P<), treatment 2’s laying-rate was
higher than control group about %,and save 25% electrical energy; control group’s egg weight and
eggshell quality was superior to other groups, all groups’ egg internal qualities had no significant effect.
