摘要
民以食为天,随着人们生活水平、消费水平的日渐发展与提升,瓜果蔬菜已经几乎成为人们日常餐桌上必不可少的食品,能否保证每日瓜果蔬菜的新鲜和其食品安全性等问题成为人们关心的话题之一。现实的实践使我们知道落后的果蔬冷链物流将不仅会造成巨大的经济损失,而且对人们的饮食安全也构成重要的威胁。故而,我国果蔬冷链物流工程的构建与发展就凸现的尤为重要。
本文运用SWOT分析方法,通过对我国果蔬冷链物流现状的分析,明确其发展面临的诸多问题,如冷链上下游产业链缺乏整体规划、技术和配套设施设备落后等。然后在借鉴国外发达国家的冷链物流发展经验的基础上,从冷冻冷藏技术、基础设施设备等不同方面,探讨我国果蔬冷链物流发展的对策,探寻一条适合我国国情的果蔬冷链物流发展道路,使其推动我国果蔬冷链物流的健康、快速发展。

Abstract
es first, As living standards, the level of consumption gradually development and ascension, Lots of fruits and vegetables has almost e people daily table necessary food, Can ensure that daily fruit or vegetables fresh, food safety problems e people care about one of the topics. In the initial stage of fruit and vegetable cold-chain logistics, Not only can cause huge economic losses, but also to people's diet security threat. Therefore fruits and vegetables cold-chain logistics engineering construction and development is highlighted particularly important.
This paper USES the method of SWOT analysis, based on the analysis of the present status of fruit and vegetable cold-chain logistics, made clear the development faces many problems, such as lack of cold chain upstream and downstream industry chain integral planning, technology and facilities equipment backward, etc. Then in the basis of the experience abroad, from refrigeration technology, infrastructure equipment in China, discusses the countermeasures of development of fruit and vegetable cold-chain logistics, and explore a suitable for China's national conditions of fruit and vegetable cold-chain logistics development path, which promote the health of fruit and vegetable cold-chain logistics, rapid development.
