摘要
企业作为一个资本组织,必然谋求资本的最大增值。近年来,随着全球经济的一体化和经济的不断发展,企业间的竞争进一步加剧,而并购已经成为企业提升竞争力和加速企业发展的重要途径,越来越多的企业通过并购实现快速扩张。本文拟对这一股权转移的行为做了研究,简单地阐述了企业并购和企业并购的财务协同效应的定义。介绍了企业并购的类型和意义,并理论联系实际,介绍了宁夏建材集团股份有限公司的概况和近些年的经营状况,以及对宁夏建材集团股份有限公司并购其他其他企业的事理的简单分析,从正反两方面分析了企业并购对于财务协同效应的影响,并针对企业并购后财务协同效应负效应,提出了解决负效应的策略和方法,以使社会经济和企业健康的发展。

ABSTRACT
Enterprise as a anization, is bound to seek the capital of the largest value-added. In recent years, with the continuous development of the global economic and global economic integration, petition among enterprises is further exacerbated. More and more enterprises choose mergers and acquisitions as a method to achieve a rapid expansion, while the mergers and acquisitions has e an important way for enterprises to enhance petitiveness and accelerate business paper intends to do studies on mergers and acquisitions of the equity transfer behavior, which simply expounded the definition of mergers and acquisitions and financial synergies. The author describes the type and significance of mergers and acquisitions. This paper describes the overview of the Ningxia Building Materials Group and the recent operating conditions with the method of linking theories with practice, and simply analyzes the decision of merger and acquisition other enterprises executed by Ningxia Building Materials Group. The author analyzes the impact of mergers and acquisitions for financial synergies from both positive and negative, proposes strategies and methods to eliminate the negative effects of financial synergies for mergers and acquisitions, so that the socio-economic development and corporate will both have a sound development.
