基于 DSP 的快走丝线切割机床分时控制系统研究
摘要
电火花线切割加工技术属于特种加工领域的范畴,是解决一般金切机床难加工材料或
形状复杂材料的加工途径之一。运动控制是电火花线切割加工技术的核心之一,本文首先
简要叙述了目前电加工数控系统多以单片机或 PC 机单核控制为主的现状,并对本文实现
的分时控制进行了相应描述。
课题结合电火花线切割的特点,以 DSP 芯片 TMS320F2812 作为处理器,开发了基于
PCI 总线的运动控制卡,文中较为详细的叙述了采用 PCI9052 作为接口芯片构建 PC-DSP
通讯电路的过程,并利用 CPLD 和双口 RAM 等芯片辅助完成译码及高速通信等功能,此
外,论文对伺服电机的控制方法以及控制卡与外部器件的互联并进行光电隔离和电平转换
的原理也有所描述。
针对 DSP 软件开发的特点,本文在介绍硬件开发的同时也对 DSP S 进行
了系统描述,其中包括软件的使用及针对线切割快走丝机床分时控制控制系统的程序开发
过程,并给出了部分程序代码,与此同时文中亦阐述了开发过程中利用 WinDriver 作为开
发工具,实现 PCI 驱动程序的开发过程。
本系统中的 DSP 处理器除了完成与上位机的通讯,还需包含相应的控制算法,本文利
用了数字积分法实现了系统的运动轨迹控制。最后,本文从提高工程应用软件可靠性的角
度,介绍了运动控制器的调试方法及抗干扰处理等相应技术。

STUDY OF HIGH SPEED WIRECUT TIME SHARING
CONTROL BASED ON DSP
ABSTRACT
Electric wire cut machining (WEDM) belongs to special machining technique field, aimed
to solve the problem of machining the material which hard to machining due to plex
figure or special hardness by ordinary machine tool. Motion control is the core of WEDM
technique,the paper firstly described MCU and PC used in C system and then
discussed the time sharing control system.
The bined the character of WEDM, with TMS320F2812 as the CPU, and studied
the Motion control system based on PCI bus, using PCI9052 interface chip, CPLD and dual
RAM for high munication to build the circuit. Servo system control and the
development of ponents after photo-electricity isolation and level transformation
and discussed were discussed in the paper.
The paper described the process of the development of the DSP and how to use the
development software at the same time and part of the program was given in the paper, PCI drive
development by Windriver tool was discussed in this part of paper.
Besides municating with PCs, the DSP has also used DDA to realize system motion
