摘要
近些年,预算管理作为现代企业成熟和发展的重要推动力,在我国得到了前所未有的重视和推广。与单纯的财务管理相比较,全面预算管理把重点从经营结果延伸到经营过程并且时时刻刻关注企业的经营质量,可以说全面预算管理是一种综合贯彻企业战略的经营机制。在经营风险颇高的酒店行业中,全面预算管理不仅有助于公司加强控制和完成预期目标,也有利于预防经营风险。
本论文是以欧堡利亚实业有限公司实施全面预算管理为基础进行深入研究,通过对欧堡利亚实施全面预算的现状进行介绍,多方面分析它在实施全面预算过程中存在的问题和不足,并就其需要改进的地方有针对性地提出相应的解决办法。

In recent years, budget management as an important driving force of the modern enterprise to mature and develop in China is under unprecedented attention and promotion. Compared with pure financial management, the overall budget management focus extends from the results of operations to the business process and always pay attention to the quality of bussiness, we can say that the overall budget management is a kind of operating mechanism that prehensive implement of the corporate strategy . In the hotel industry the business risk is high, the overall budget management will not only help to strengthen controls plete the goal, but also help to reduce bussiness risks.
This article is Oubaoliya Industrial Co., Ltd. the implementation of prehensive budget management as the basis for in-depth study, described the status of implementation of prehensive budget on Oubaoliya, multi-angle analysis of the problems in the implementation of the overall budget process , and on its problems analysis, puts forward the appropriate solutions.
