摘要:通过优化样品前处理方法以及液相色谱分离条件,建立了高效液相色谱分离分析化妆品中烟酸和烟酰胺的方法。利用水和二氯甲烷双液相体系将目标物与化妆品(膏、霜、乳液、洗发水等)中油溶性成分及表面活性剂初步分离。酸性条件下用反相及强阳离子交换混合型固相萃取材料吸附富集目标物,脱除干扰物质后,洗脱,定容,用反相高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,标准曲线外标法定量。方法平均回收率及相对标准偏差(n=6)均令人满意。方法检出限为100 μg/g,定量限为300 μg/g。

Determination of Nicotinic acid and Nicotinamide in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography

Abstract: After the optimization of sample preparation methods and liquid chromatography separation conditions, a high-performance liquid chromatography method (HPLC) was developed for the simultaneous determination of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide in cosmetics (cream, lotion, shampoo etc.). A liquid-liquid extraction posed of water and dichloromethane was used to preliminarily separate ponents from other oil-ponents in cosmetics. After absorbed by a reverse phase solid extraction phase hybrid with strong cation exchange(SCX) under acid conditon while interferring substances can be removed, ponents are eluted and analyzed by HPLC with diode array detector. External standard method of standard curve is used in the quantification of ponents. The average spike recoveries of ponents and RSD are satisfied. Limit of detection of the method is 2 μg/g and 6 μg/g for the limit of quantification.

烟酸被人体吸收后,在体内转化为烟酰胺。烟酸和烟酰胺统称为维生素B3。烟酰胺的美白功效得到了皮肤学界权威人士一致认可。研究表明,烟酰胺还可以有效地减少或消除皮肤因老化或外界侵害造成的皱纹、起皮、毛孔变大等,使得皮肤外观更加光滑和均匀。研究结果显示,可利用烟酰胺的消炎特性而非杀菌特性达到治疗青春痘的目的。由于烟酸有扩张血管和促进血液循环的作用,因此能够促进头发毛囊的血液微循环,促进头发生长,从而起到防脱发的作用。因此烟酸,烟酰胺在洗发和护发产品中的应用也日趋广泛。从国内外的研究成果和相关资料报道显示,烟酸、烟酰胺在化妆品中的应用涉及到美白产品、润肤祛皱产品、祛痘产品和洗护发产品,% - 2%。
