摘要
近年来,我国高校毕业生数量逐年增加,曾被誉为“天之骄子”的我们面临严峻的就业形势,加上当前金融危机的影响,毕业生的就业受到前所未有的挑战,大学生在毕业后能否顺利就业,已成为全社会普遍关注的热点问题。大学生就业难既有社会原因、政策原因,也有大学生自身的原因。解决大学生就业难的问题事关大学生的切身利益,更关系到社会的和谐稳定,需要政府、企业、高校和大学生的共同努力。
本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑归纳法和数理统计法等研究方法,以湖南省郴州市湘南学院2006届、2007届信息管理与信息系统专业的毕业生为调查对象,通过对他们的电子问卷调查和网上交流,调查了郴州市湘南学院2006届、2007届信息管理与信息系统专业毕业生的就业现状,充分了解已毕业的信管专业学生的就业现状、就业动机、就业形态、就业方向、就业前景、就业经验,以及影响毕业生就业的因素等,然后进行统计分析得出结论与建议,为信管专业的学生就业提供相关建议,并为信管专业的建设提供了帮助和支持。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, Chinese university graduates quantity increased year by year, used to be called a "favored" college students are facing the severe employment situation, coupled with the current JingRong crisis, the obtain employment of graduates by unprecedented challenges, college students in employment after graduation can be essfully, the whole society has e the focus of concern. College students' employment difficult to both social reason, policy factor and the cause of the students themselves. College students to solve the problem of employment is the immediate interests of the college students, the more related to social harmony and stability, needs the government, the enterprises, universities and the joint efforts of the college students.
