动打算的影响进行了实证分析, 提出当前形势下, 推进中西部中小城市和城镇发展与促进农民工市
民化政策的结合可行而且必要, 有利于实现宏观经济与微观个体的双赢。

Abstract: Rural labor transfer in China is far plete and stab le as a resu lt of what cou ld
be called H idden Hukou W Us ing data from the 2009 W uhan Peasant W orkers Survey conduc ted
by Center for Popu lation, Resource and Environmental Econom ics Research of W uhan Un ivers ity, th is
paper exam ines the Hidden Hukou W a ll as a res ilient soc ial screening system and its mi pact on m-i
grant p lan of the two generat ion peasant workers in the context of the Ch ina Path of rural labor trans-
fer, suggest ing that it is feas ible and necessary to promote integrat ion of po lic ies for the deve lopment
of small and medium s ized c it ies in the M idwestern Ch ina, w ith those for fac ilitating peasant work-
ers
transfer to urban ites.
