产退浆酶优良菌株的选育及酶性质分析

摘要:为了获得纺织工业中所需求的高温退浆酶,从枯草堆、农田积肥、下水道等处土样中分离得到 1 株能向
胞外分泌耐高温α-淀粉酶的菌株并对其产酶酶学性质进行研究。研究结果表明:该菌为枯草芽孢杆菌
(Bacillus subtilis),初步命名为 Bacillus subtilis C1;菌株 C1 在基础培养基中(pH=7,温度 45 ℃)培养 24 h 左右达
到生长稳定期,在 68 h 时,酶活达到最高,为 U/mL;此α-淀粉酶最适作用 pH 值为 6,最适温度为 70 ℃;
酶的耐热性能较好,在 70 ℃处理 1 h,仍具有 81%的酶活,适合高温退浆的需要。

Isolation and identification of a desizing enzyme producing strain
and its enzyme characteristics

Abstract: In order to obtain the thermostable desizing enzyme, which can be used in textile industry, a strain which can
excrete thermostable α-amylase was isolated from soil, and the characteristics of its crude enzyme were studied. The
results show that the strain is identified preliminarily as Bacillus subtilis, temporarily named Bacillus subtilis C1. In the
basal medium, the strain C1 reaches its stationary phase within 24 h at pH 7 and 45 ℃. And at 68 h, it reaches the highest
