离子色谱-积分脉冲安培法测定烟草中 18 种游离氨基酸

摘要:采用离子色谱-积分脉冲安培法同时测定了烟草中 18 种游离氨基酸的含量。结果表明,该方法同时检测烟草中 18
种游离氨基酸的平均回收率为 80%~115%,最低检出限为 ~ μg/mL,线性相关系数为 ~。该方法成功
对比分析测定了烤烟、白肋烟和香料烟 3 种不同类型单料烟以及国内外不同风格卷烟中 18 种游离氨基酸的含量。

Abstract: 18 of free amino acids in o were simultaneously determined by high performance anion-exchange chromatography
with integrated pulsed amperometric detection method. The results showed that the recoveries for 18 amino acids were in the range
