用硫酸化焙烧渣制备氧化铁红的中试研究①

摘要:河南中原黄金冶炼厂为了提高含硫金精矿金的回收率及充分利用矿石中的有价元素,先用硫酸浸出焙烧渣,铁的浸出率
达到 95%以上;浸铁后焙烧渣氰化浸出金,金的浸出率达到 98%以上。铁的浸出液用来生产氧化铁红,产品质量达到国家标准。

河南中原黄金冶炼厂是我国“七五”建设重点项
目,是目前国内最大的专业黄金冶炼厂之一。其采用
焙烧一氰化流程,从含金硫精矿中回收硫和金,年处理
精矿 12万吨,产生 8万吨含铁氰化渣,其铁品位在
25%~35%之间,品位较低,综合利用较为困难,同时
有部分金由于包裹在铁矿物中而从渣中损失。该类渣 1)单位为 s/t。
只能以非常低的价格卖给水泥厂作配料,因为运输
