[摘要] 目的探讨 PBL教学法在妇科肿瘤模块见习教学中的教学效果。方法在妇科肿瘤模块见习中将2007级学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统的教学法,通过理论考试和问卷调查方法进行评估。结果实验组考试平均成绩()明显高于对照组()(p<)。问卷调查显示,实验组提高了学习积极性,增强了分析解决问题的能力。结论 PBL教学法在妇科肿瘤模块临床教学中取得了良好的教学效果。
The Application of PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of Gynecologic oncology
[Abstract] Objective:To explore the effect of the problem-based learning(PBL) in the clinical teaching of Gynecologic oncology . Method:Students in 2007 were randomly divided into experimetal and control groups. Experimental group used PBL teaching method,while the control group used traditional teaching test and questionnaire were distributed to both groups. Results:The experimental group of average test scores () was significantly higher than the control group () (p <). The survey showed that the experimental group increase learning enthusiasm and strengthen the analysis of problem-solving abilities. Conclusion: PBL teaching method in gynecologic oncology clinical teaching made a good teaching result.
临床教学是医学生培养的一个重要阶段,也一直受到学校、教师和学生的高度重视。然而多年来,医学临床教学一直采用的是以教师为中心的“灌输式”教学方法,学生积极性不高,依赖性强,缺乏自主思维和解决问题的能力,不能适应于当今社会对高素质医学人才的需求。PBL教学法是以问题为基础,以学生为主体,以小组讨论为形式,在教师的参与下,围绕某一医学专题或具体病例的诊治等问题进行研究的学习过程(1)。妇产科的临床教学是一门实践性极强的学科,也正是由于该学科的特点,多涉及患者的隐私,使得这门课程的临床教学难上加难,学生基本没有查体的机会,甚至连病史都
