【摘要】目的探讨PBL结合CBL及LBL教学方法在消化内科临床见习带教中的教学效果。方法研究对象为我院消化内科临床见习学生,共42人,随机将其分为实验组及对照组。实验组采用PBL+CBL+LBL教学方法;对照组采用LBL+CBL教学方法,比较两组教学效果。结果 PBL+CBL+LBL教学方法在提高学习效率及自学能力、激发学习兴趣、建立临床思维模式等方面显著高于CBL+LBL组。结论 PBL+CBL+ LBL教学方法优于传统教学,有助于医学生临床思维和实践能力的培养。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the teaching effect of problem-based learning(bined with case-based learning (CBL) and lecture-based learning (LBL) in clinical practice of Gastroenterology. Methods The subjects were 42 clinical students in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital and they were randomly divided into two groups, one is trail group and the other is controlled. Students in trail group were trained by PBL+CBL+LBL, While students in controlled one were taught by CBL+LBL. pared the teaching effect of the two groups.
