[摘要] 目的通过对临床教学规范化研究与实践过程的实施,建立稳定的教学秩序,实现临床专业培养目标的要求。方法根据教学目标和教学任务,遵照教学规律和教学原则的要求,从课程教学过程各环节入手,对临床主要课程进行教学过程规范化实施方案并实施(选择我院教学医院2009级286名教师和200名学生进行实施)。结果规范的教学方案使学生在规定时间内,用较少的时间和精力,促进最大可能的智力及能力的发展。同时使教师的综合素质得到明显提升。

Research and Practice of the Theory Teaching Process Standardized  in Major Courses of Three-year Clinical Profession

[Abstract] Objective: To establish a stable order of teaching, and achieve the requirements of the clinical training objectives by the study and implementation of clinical teaching standardization. Method: According to the teaching objectives and tasks, the implementation plan was designed and conducted under teaching disciplines and rules (286 teachers and 200 students was selected from teaching hospitals). Results: With the standardized teaching programs, students’ intelligence and ability could be largely promoted with less time and effort within the specified time. At the same time the overall making of teachers has improved significantly.
