[摘要] 目的比较交互性教学法与传统教学法教学效果的差异性。方法我院2007级护理本科班92名学生为对照组采用传统教学法,2008级护理本科班93名学生为实验组采用交互性教学模式进行教学,以《内科护理学》为教材,由同一任课老师授课,对两组学生进行理论、操作技能评价、学习效果的自我评价和临床实践能力评价。结果实验组学生成绩优于对照组(P < ),临床实践能力显著优于传统教学组(P<),有明显差异,学生给予交互性教学较高的总体评价,结论采用交互性教学教学法的教学效果明显优于传统教学法,有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,提高自学能力和沟通交流能力,提高临床实践能力,值得在护理教学改革中作进一步的的研究和发展。

Analyz the effectiveness of interactive teaching model and tradiontional teaching model to medical nursing education
[Abstract] Objective: pare with the effectiveness of teaching by applying interactive teaching model and tradiontional teaching model to medical nursing education. Methods: In the research, 93 undergraduate students of 2008-session in the nursing college were chosen as the subjects, But the other 92 undergraduate students of 2007-session were applied by tradiontional teaching the medical nursing were the teaching contents. Then the researchers investigated two groups of students of their theory score, skills assessment, learning self-evaluation and capacity assessment in clinical practice.
