生产企业内部物流合理化探讨
摘要
在企业的生产与作业活动中,物流惯穿其活动的始终,企业内部物流管理成为了企业至关重要的一项管理工作。生产企业物料品种繁多,库存量大,配套性强,管理要求高。在物料的购、销、存各个环节都会因为处理的信息量有限,精确度不高和速度慢而出现各种各样的问题,满足不了企业应对经济全球化和企业间日益激烈的竞争对改善内部管理的要求。本文通过对企业内部物流的构成及其影响因素的研究,实现企业内部物流的合理化则可以使企业内部物流管理的各个环节发生根本性的变化,减少人力,减少企业内部运作环节,提高生产效率,降低成本,进一步增强企业的竞争力,从而提高企业物流活动的绩效。

The Internal Logistics of Production Enterprises Rationalization Research
ABSTRACT
In enterprise production and operation activities, the logistics always used to rate their activities; Internal logistics management has e a vital business management. Manufacturers have a wide variety of materials, inventories, strong management requirements. pany purchase materials and sell them will be influenced by a limited amount of information,lees accuracy and slow velocity which due to a wide range of issues, so the enterprises can not meet to deal with economic globalization and increasing inter-petition to improve the internal management requirements. This article researched on the structure of logistics and its impact factors, achieving the internal logistics of production enterprises rationalization in all aspects of logistics management, such as fundamental change, reduce manpower, reduce the operational aspects of the enterprise, improve production efficiency, reduce costs and further enhance petitiveness of enterprises, thereby improving the performance of logistics activities.
