在世界经济一体化的过程中,金融与经济已密不可分,它对经济的贡献不断增长。无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,金融已渗透到经济生活中的各个方面,且其影响力越来越大,甚至金融发展已成为制约成促进一国经济发展的一个至关重要的决定因素,而金融发展的内在动力正是金融创新。金融创新作为一次波及全球的金融改革的浪潮,给各国金融和世界经济带来了深刻的变革,新工具、新技术、新市场的产生,在给经济带来强大动力的同时,也带来了剧烈的震荡,给各国政府的宏观调控提出了新的挑战,而货币政策一直是经济政策中最为重要的政策之一,也是一国政府宏观调控的重要手段之一。现在,由于金融创新扩大了信用创造,货币政策不可避免地将受其影响。因而,金融创造对货币政策影响的研究,都具有着十分现实的意义。
本文首先对—金融创新的内涵及其特点进行了深入的剖析,并在此基础上详细分析了金融创新对货币政策工具、货币政策目标以及货币政策传导机制的影响。在文章的最后一个部分,本文提出了发展我国金融创新的思路。
