摘要:中庸之道万古之慧,中国文化博大精深,儒家思想作为中国的传统文化的主流思想,深深影响了华夏民族,中庸思想作为儒家思想的核心理念,是我国传统文化重要的组成部分。大学生时代是人生观世界观价值观形成的最关键的时期。在市场经济时代的今天,大学生的观念、思想、文化与传统的观念、思想、文化发生了剧烈的摩擦与碰撞。相当一部分的学生由此产生了思想困惑,作为接受过高等教育的特殊人群,大学生普遍具有较高的道德认知能力,但有的大学生却是表现出道德践行能力低下,意志力薄弱等一系列人格缺陷。大学阶段是人格形成的关键时期,借鉴中庸智慧,学习传统为人处事准则,以正确的价值观,指导大学生实现人生价值,完成时代赋予使命。

A Preliminary Analysis of the Golden Mean and College Students' Personality Cultivation

Abstract:“The golden mean” has been the wisdom since ancient times and our Chinese culture is extensive and profound. Confucianism, as the mainstream ideology of Chinese traditional culture, has a deep impact on the Chinese nation. The doctrine of the mean, as the core ideology of Confucianism, is an ponent of our traditional culture. It is the most pivotal time for the university students to form their outlook on life, their worldview and their viewpoint of value when they are in the university. Nowadays, in the era of market economy, university students’ ideas, thoughts and culture have a strong conflict with traditional ideas, thoughts and culture so that a considerable part of the students have ideological confusion. The university students, as a special group who have received high education, generally have high moral cognitive ability, but some university students show a series of personality defects, such as low moral practice ability, weak willpower. It is a key time for the students to form their personality in the university. They can learn from the wisdom of “the golden mean” and learn traditional mannered principles so as to realize their value plete the mission the era gives to them.
