摘要
城中村是中国城市化进程中出现的特有现象,它是在城乡一体化总体规划内,随
着城市化进程的推进,在征地过程中遗留下来的被城市所包围,但管理体制、居民身
份、土地制度与社区传统文化仍未加以转变的一种社区类型。城中村的形成是与我
国当前国情相联系的一种独特现象,城中村问题集中反映了我国农村城市化进程中
新旧体制的交替与磨合。
在武汉这样一座高校云集的特大城市中,存在大量的城中村同高校校园紧密相
邻,伴随着我国高等教育事业的蓬勃发展及高校办学、建设规模的不断扩大,这部
分邻校城中村产生了一种独特的生存发展模式,高校的发展促使它们成为学生们聚
集、生活、消费的独特场所。邻校城中村的的生活能对大学生们产生重大深远的影
响,本文的研究目的即在于了解在这种混合社区环境中大学生租户的日常生活交往
对社区环境的利用和需求,探究有利于学生们的日常生活的环境安排,并提出与之
相应的合理且有效的邻校村建设发展建议。
本文以邻校城中村中学生租户的日常生活和社区环境之间关系为研究对象,选
择了土库村和彭王村这两座与华中科技大学相邻的城中村进行个案研究,运用观察
体验、访谈等研究方法,从社区环境,学生租户日常生活、日常交往与社区环境的
互动、学生租户在村中特定场所的行为模式等几个方面进行现象收集和以此为基础
的少量分析的描述性调查研究。在对资料进行详尽分析之后,提出对邻校城中村发
展的建议。

Abstract
Urban village is a special phenomenon in the process of urbanization in China,it is
one kind munity that its administration system,inhabitants’ feature, land tenure and
traditional culture are kept as before while it has been surrounded by urban territory
during the process of formation of urban village is a special phenomenon
caused by the situation of reflects the shift of villages’ regime in China.
Wuhan is a metropolis with many colleges of which urban villages border on the
the rapid development of higher education and the magnification of colleges’
construction, those urban villages beget a escpecial way of their survival and
’ development animates the villages to be a place for college students
together and to live life in the urban villages close to college can make a great
influence to the object of this research prehend the interaction
between the daily lives of the students living in villages and the villages’ environment, and
seek the environmental arrangements , finally to bring forward corresponding suggestions
rationally and effectively to those villages’ construction and development.
