摘要
通过对当前世界上各个国家有关折弯机所存在的问题以及折弯机不同历史时期的发展特点的研究,本文依据折弯机的实际工作环境设计一种应用液压缸系统作为零件折弯动力的单向工作的折弯机。我们常见的板料折弯机,通过在折弯机的执行末端安装或应用不同角度的折弯模具,实现板料的不同角度折弯,本文所设计的折弯机其应用环境还是比较不错的,能够应用于不同工况,经济性能也比较好,该折弯机的本体仅需通过液压缸实现上梁的上下往复运动,该机结构简单,人机交互性也比较好,工作效率高。
本文我们所研究的板料折弯机,也是在折弯领域应用最广泛的一种折弯设备,通过应用不同型号的折弯模具就可以实现对板料的不同角度折弯,通用性较强,相对而言其经济性较好。不同类型的折弯机折弯板料的厚度不同,它取决于折弯力的大小,板料的厚度和宽度以及下模槽口宽度。折弯不同厚度的钢板时一般选择的槽口是钢板的4-5倍。此次设计工作台最大可以折弯宽4米的板料。可以说只要是需要大量应用板料的生产车间,那么折弯机可以说是其不可或缺的设备,由于当前的折弯机功能变得越来越多,并且折弯机的机构也可以说是千姿百态,其加工的精度现在来说精度相当的高,折弯机现在基本上可以划分到精密册成型车床领域。

ABSTRACT
