摘要
中国企业在信息化建设和应用之路上已经走过了20多年的历程,信息技术的快速发展和广泛应用,引发了一场新的全球性产业革命。随着资讯科技的快速进步、全球化,及顾客需求的日益多样化,产业竞争环境越来越激烈,企业之经营除了降低成本,提高品质外,更需要规划企业内部与外部之资源,也因此为将企业资源做更有效的利用。通过信息资源规划的确减少了企业内部信息交流和沟通的中间环节。加快了部门信息传递速度和生产事故应急处理能力。也增强领导决策的能力。促进了企业现代化管理水平的提高。

Abstract
Chinese enterprises in the construction and application of information technology on the road has gone through 20 years of history, information technology, the rapid development and wide application, triggered a new global industrial revolution.
