《外科正宗》——Orthodox External Medicine
外科——中医外科
Surgery?
Surgery:“treatment of a disease or disorder which requires an operation to cut into or to remove or to manipulate tissue ans or parts”. (Collin)
“中医外科”,与“内科”相对,是一门以各种非手术疗法治疗外部疾病为主的临床学科。因此,与Internal Medicine相对,宜将“中医外科”译成“External Medicine”
《学古诊则》——Pulse Diagnosis Following Theories Stated in Inner Classic
此书名含义不明确,宜将书的实际内涵表达出来:这是一本脉诊专著,“古”指《内经》
《伤寒起景集》——A Collection of Essays on Treatise on Febrile Diseases
“景”:汉代著名医学家张仲景,此处指代其著作《伤寒论》。
作者在序中说:“集曰起景,诚哉起仲景于千载矣!”
